At rare occassions I work as a part of the service team but mainly for big, important clients and difficult occasions. The company’s area of expertise is installation, customer support and training, repair procedures and suggestion of solutions per customer needs. The company is the main representative of EBS Inkjet in Greece. Also is handling repairs for other inkjet printers as well (Domino, Markem-Image, Hitachi, etc) and Thermal printers (Carl Valentin, Zebra, Eltron, etc). Part of the work is done in the company’s service point, but the main job is done on the customer’s factory/office in order to reduce service and repair times and maximize productivity.
